Wow, Really amazing motion comic for “The Walking Dead” I am totally impressed. I’d really like to see some in progress work on these.

Wow, Really amazing motion comic for “The Walking Dead” I am totally impressed. I’d really like to see some in progress work on these.

I’ve been off the grid a lot lately. Thankfully I’m back now. Man it’s good to be away from all that disgusting natural light and sickeningly fresh air. I hates that stuff.
Little known fact fresh air and natural sunlight are poisonous and will kill you. Sure it might take about eighty or ninety years to do it, but it’ll get you in the end. It’s a very slow acting poison.
Anyway, back to today’s comic. I’ve just realized that a fair amount of my story ideas end in some sort of horrible ritual or another involving the “Old Ones.” This seams to be a growing trend, but I love the little Necronomicon character so that it just may happen occasionally.
Also My daughter saw me drawing this comic and asked me “Daddy, why are you being mean to your characters… Don’t you love them?”
In a very fatherly sort of way I simply explained that daddy owned them and it brought me great joy to torment them and ruin their little lives. Then I looked at her meaningfully and said, “Did you know Daddy owns you too?”
Right before she ran away screaming I think we had a father/daughter bonding moment… There so cute when they’re scared.
That’s just good parenting my friends. She’ll thank me when she’s older.

Just practicing drawing expressions for my zombie characters.

So far so good. Comedy Central has decided not to sue my little zombie webcomic over my Futurama zombie apocalypse fan art. I appreciate that.
I’m starting to run out of characters though to zombify. These are fun to do so I’ll probably do a few more. Adding a bit more zombism to Futurama is definitely in the works though.
That’s one of the things I love about zombies, they aren’t just a “Thing” all by themselves. They are kind of the perfect additive that makes everything better. You like football, ok…. now make all the players zombies and even I might watch it. Cops and robbers, cowboys, Nuns and door to door salesmen…. Add a little zombiism to them and you have yourself a winning combination.
Zombies are like the ultimate topping to your ice cream. They just make it better.
I love Futurama and hope it never goes off the air…. Now add a bit of a zombie apocalypse to Futurama and I will squeal like a little girl in glee. (For the record a very manly little girl, one with incredibly thick and luxuriant back hair)
Again, thank you Comedy Central for not sueing the crap out of my Zombie Webcomic. I love you and would happily have your collective baby.

I love zombies… Oh yeah, in that really slappy way too.
But zombies don’t get the respect that other monsters seam too. Sure there’s the horrifying dread one feels when faced with a newly reanimated love one that Hell bent on devouring your tasty tasty brain, but in most games these guys get mowed down by the truckload.
In games like Dead Rising you can actually humiliate zombies in many amusing ways (Brings back a lot of highschool memories actually)
This always makes me sad and I always look forward to those rare gems of media where zombies take their rightful place as horrifying monster superior to vampires and werewolves.
Also today’s Sketch Comic brought to you by my occasional need to draw something serious.

More of my “Left 4 Dead 3″ Concept Art. Behold! my Zombie Monkey. Dare you face this evil smelly monstrosity and his equally stinky flung poop?
Okay even if you don’t find this comic funny, that’s fine (Although I am a little hurt) you’ve got to give me credit for the zombie monkey. Come on! I’ve never drawn a zombie monkey before. He came out pretty good I think. I am disturbingly proud of this little guy for some reason. I’m a dork, I know that.
Talking with zombie purists is sometimes an odd experience. A friend of mine is adamant the animals cannot be turned into zombies. Despite numerous examples of that happening in movies and what not. “Return of the Living Dead” has zombie butterflies and those zombie half dogs. “Red Dead Redemptions” DLC has zombie bears (I hate bears btw). “Resident Evil” has zombie dobermans. I could go on and on.
I think Zombie Monkeys would be badass.
I see no reason why zombiism has to be solely restricted to humans, so lighten up. Rosco, I’m right and your wrong… also you smell funny.

This Clip of “The Goon” debuted at Comic-Con and features the voices of Clancy Brown and Paul Giamatti, “The Goon” has yet to find a studio but based on the Comic-Con buzz, that shouldn’t be a problem for long.
Awesome animation (Lots of jiggle on that bar wench) and I loved the humor of this. That was a really well animated zombie. So slimey, and the fish was a nice touch.
I’ll be keeping an eye out for more news about this.
