All I can say is that this happened and it seemed like a good idea at the time.
I regret nothing.
It’s summer, it’s cool, you won’t get as hot which in turn you will use less AC. Saving money and looking stylish. Plus, if someone sneaks up behind you or if you’re being chased by the denizens of hell, there’s one less thing for them to grab onto. That’s why the Romans invented the crew cut.
It is cool I’ll give it that. Shocked the crap out of my wife though. For some reason it’s the fact that it’s the Dog’s clippers I used that wigs her out.
Look if it’s good enough for her spoiled dog then it’s good enough for me. Plus I didn’t want to pay for a hair cut.
The pathetic thing is that Wahl makes essentially the same clippers for people and dogs, with the only difference being the outside, either colored plastic or “chromed” plastic. I had bought both long ago, because my Ex had one of her plans to become a dog groomer. That fell thru (among other things) and when my “people” clippers stopped working, I recalled the “dog” ones, with all the same accessories, so I started using them.
Did something similar, but I made work by Dressing up as Walter White.
Nice. Breaking Bad costume for the win.
hmm, so maybe this is a common reaction from women when their husbands shave their heads… Did this two years ago for the office halloween… my department was the smurfs… and except for smurfette, they are all bald… gotta be authentic dammit!.
My wife certainly wasn’t pleased… She’s used to it now though.
I don’t care, I’m tired of paying for hair cuts. I wear a hat all the time anyway. This is standard operating procedure for me from now on.
