Innsmouth seams like a perfectly reasonable place to have a vacations home. Great sea air, plenty of fresh seafood. I see no downside to this.
Lets not dwell on the horrifically interbred deep ones and how they will one day rise up and kill us all. Zombies are a more immediate threat.
