Zombie Road Trip Two: The Punchening continues with the age old question “Are we there yet?” No zombie road trip can begin without a little good wholesome violence.
When I was a kid my dad would have us all in the car by four a.m. and on the road…. I guess under the theory that he travels faster when the sun’s still down and the kids are still asleep. Bathroom breaks were few and far between, and if you wanted something to eat on the road, good luck finding anything edible in the cooler that was crammed full of discount soda pop and some of the nastiest butter slathered sandwiches you’ve ever scene.
I probably would have given fair warning against saying “are we there yet?” before getting in the car.

The scrolling on this page is being weird for me. The text and everything scrolls, while the background white boxes stay stationary. Don’t they usually scroll to stay behind the text?
As for the 4 am, part of it is kids asleep, but also it’s cooler temp wise, and I hate driving with the sun right in my eyes. When you are as short as I am, the sun visor only does so much. Another bonus is you get to your destination with enough time left in the day to actually do something.
ok, edit. After posting my comment suddenly I see the images on the sides and I have one solid white box that does scroll with the text instead of two separate ones that stay put. It must of just been an issue of the page not fully loading for me at first.
