The Possessed: The Supernatural Entity Zombie Type
on September 17, 2010 at 5:00 amBrace yourselves all you zombie fans that think the Romero Zombie is the ONLY zombie type… (Broaden your horizons)
I bring you “The Possessed” The Supernatural Entity Zombie Type, It’s evil, it has dark powers, and it doesn’t eat brains, it most likely eats souls….. Add black hair and enraging tendency to throw my money away and that sounds like my ex-wife (Shudder).
This is the latest entry in my “Zombies Defined” project. Again when I’ve got them all done I’ll put them on a poster and start offering them for sale. I should make a big poster, truly epic.
I think it’s time to start investigating print costs…. Ah, man, that’s no fun.

Not one of your best but still great……………………dont hit me
Relax Matt, I have skin like a Rhino… No really it’s a terrible skin condition.
I actually liked this guy. Very “Evil Dead”
Though I have to admit, I showed this one to my daughter. She said “I like him… ooh, He’s mean, I don’t like him anymore…. don’t be mean, daddy”
I don’t know if that’s condemnation or not, my five year old confuses me sometimes.
No, I do not think he is sexy and won’t until I’ve unloaded my shotgun into his face.
Funny story. Yesterday, I checked the site and was disappointed to not see a new comic up.
Yeah, I hate being sick. Messes with my head.
I know I feel shame that I don’t do this more than three times a week. If I ever can manage to live the webcomic artists dream and make this my full time job I’ll certainly do that though.
As for him not being sexy. LIES!!!
Once again, be sick messes with my brain. I meant to put “I realized that yesterday wasn’t Friday earlier today.” yesterday.
Yep, still hate being sick.
I agree with Fijiman on both accounts. Beeing sick is highly unpleasant and i’m not that fond of the zombie. I realy like the dictionary article (not how it’s called, but hey, i’m no native speaker), but the zombie lokks like its casting a spell or something.
I’m with him on the sickness. I’ve got a terrible headcold at the moment.
He does look like he’s casting a spell. The reason being is that I need to dramatically show that he is different from the “Pop culture” zombie. Hense, the flying and various powers. Those are things the “Pop Culture” zombie could never do, yet are perfectly plausible for a “Possessed Zombie” type to get away with.
The whole point of the “Zombies Defined” project is to show ALL the various types of zombies.
I’d be utter surprised and a little disappointed if people didn’t disagree and argue with me about it…. at least a little bit.
True, true. Discussion is the single best way to broaden ones horizon (if you let it happen), still i would have taken a different approach, like giving the zombie flaming eyes. On he other and, displaying a kindes of zombies requires flying and witching undead, too.
But… but…. he’s flying. If I was being attacked by flying zombies I’d wet myself and curl up into the fetal position.
I would probably wet myself(if I hadn’t just used the bathroom) and run screaming like the frightened little girl he probably had for lunch the other day.
You forgot “The Crow”. Eric Draven’s dead body was possessed by his own soul.
That’s true, but I kinda ran out of space at the end. I should do some sort of master list for the site showing every zombie movie out there and what type of zombie it is.
