Poor Leela should have controlled her temper just a bit better. She should have known better than to engage in hand to hand combat with zombies.
It can only end in tears.

There’s a good question, Nibbler can eat anything, but zombies are basically spoiled meat walking…. What would that do to him? If the zombie outbreak is Viral in nature it’s even worse as the meats infected.
More importantly when he craps out a chunk of Dark Matter after eating a bunch of zombies would that Dark Matter have any sinister properties?

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! also on the subject of nibbler, isn’t he a being of higher power? wouldn’t he just deduce that he couldn’t devour them appeal for help from his planet and then commission fry to save the universe again?
Ah but he’s incredibly hungry and likely to eat a zombie before thinking about it. Also the Niblonian’s Kitten class attack crafts are not very effective weapons of war.

OR IS HE ?!?! Anyway, it’s true that you should NEVER fight zombies with hand-to-hand combat UNLESS you are wearing some sort of armor. Spartan armor from the Halo series would do nicely.
It all depends on what type of zombie your fighting. If he’s the kind that’s slowly rotting away, chances are he’s probably pretty weak and you have to only worry about large groups of them.
However, other types exist. Supernatural zombies, could possibly have supernatural strength and therefore might be able to rip the armor off of you.
In a best-case scenario, you would want to be fighting Deadrising zombies. In a worst-case scenario, you would be fighting either: L4D special zombies, Resident Evil zombies, or the Flood. In any of those last three cases I’d think you’d be glad to have either some good armor or a really good gun.
Very true. Now some might argue that you should save the last bullet in that gun for yourself. I say those people are being silly. If your only choice at the end it to take the bullet or become a zombie…. I choose zombie.
You never know… It might be awesome being a zombie. Hense, the whole point of my comic.
So very true. I just hope that if I DO become a zombie that I’m the kind like in your comic instead of the stupid ones that roam around aimlessly forever.
