I seam to make fun of “Twilight” a lot in my webcomic, don’t I? I can’t help it. There is something inside of me that sees anything that other people consider Good and Popular and FORCES me to make fun of it.
I think the medical term for my condition is called, “Being an ass.”
No no its not being an Ass, its more merely pointing out that Twilight has transformed vampires from evil horrifying blood drinking hell-spawn into sparkling gay boys
you make fun of Twilight (like any one who is over the age of 13 should) but you know full names of the characters…. im not sayin, im just sayin
Styhl, oh crap! I’m busted. Yep I read them. I admit it. I got them on audio book and read them at work.
My opinion on them is that they aren’t “Bad” books, neither are they “Good” they are entirely average. However, there is no denying that Stephanie Myers Has hit the magic formula/lightning in a bottle that makes women go all wobbly in the knees and fork over handfuls of cash.
The part where I am an ass (and I admit it) is that I see things that are popular and have a knee jerk reaction to make fun of them. Sadly while I make fun of these novels a lot, Stephanie Myer is the one laughing all the way to the bank. Good for her, wish I could have done it.
Since I can’t, it’s time to poke fun at her creation.
Anarchyandartistry, dude I wouldn’t say Edward is gay, just irritating. Gay vampires would be those from the Anne Rice novels…
And now I will hide from the internet rage that comes my way.
I do think Vampires should be horrifying monsters and not glittery heart throbbs.
Just my opinion though.

I hear ya on the sparkling vampire thing and unfortunately I have to put up with it from my daughter, wife, and mother PLUS their friends, ugh.
Neat find on the blood “energy” drinks there Anarchyandartistry, reminds me of a wine one of my wife’s friends found. I think it was call something like Blood Wine (no, not the Klingon stuff), but it was a really deep red and tasted god awful. It was so bad that I doubt even a wino would intentionally drink it.
I have already actually come up with an explaination for Twilight. Its just bad fanfiction of Underworld. Think about it Vamps vs Werewolves with an overplayed love story now then we just need blade in there to clean it up or maybe Alucard.
We need Blade from movies one and two. Holy crap that third Blade movie was a total train wreck.
We do not speak of that Blade….ever.
