I love Futurama so much, with the latest news about it’s glorious return I was inspired to do some sketches of it… zombified.
Personally I think Philip J. Fry looks better as a zombie.
The poor starving brain slug stuck to his empty head is probably having a thoroughly miserable time.
These are some Comic character sketches I did when I was still trying to figure out what type of webcomic I wanted to do. I thought classic monsters would be the way to go, but of course my unholy and some would argue highly inappropriate love of the undead eventually won me over.
I still have a tonne of these sketches, that I will slowly dribble out on my blog with the agonizing slowness of Chinese water torture (Is that just a saying or does that exist… I don’t actually care).
This made me laugh as trying to get away in your car is always a concern when it comes to Zombie Survival. See the first ten minutes of Tom Savini’s remake of “Night of the Living Dead” for a good example. Poor Barbara.
However, after watching this I can tell you that it’s patently unfair. The girl is clearly ahead of the zombie, gets the door shut, and then for no reason the zombie apparently teleports behind her and finishes her off.
You can’t beat teleporting zombies no matter how nifty your car is!!! It just can’t be done.
Zeke’s Zombie Emporium zombie rental made me giggle…. also the casual cruelty to one’s friends (I’m not a very good person, I feel shame)
