Nerd stink: Sorry guys, but stereotypes exist for a reason

Again, in case you couldn’t tell….
I am a nerd and a geek!
So it’s with a sense of authority that I tell my fellow nerds… “Dang it people! Take a shower every once in a while, it won’t kill you!” Whenever I go into my local comic shop by and large it’s a pretty good experience, but periodically there is a certain, shall we say… funk.
The problem is, is that I have a really good sense of smell. In fact if I was a mutent it would be my super power. Far from being a blessing though, having a great sense of smell is a curse. Since zombies smell slightly worse than my fellow nerds when the zombie apocalypse happens I’m in big trouble.
Seems somebody been playing Red Dead Redemption alot lately…and I honestly HATE that stupid store clerk in Armadillo
Most of our local shops have rules posted on the wall. One of those rules is that you must have recently showered, AND have no discernible body odor from a distance of one foot away. No, I’m not kidding!
But I’ve been around nerds enough to know that the one’s with the problem really don’t think they smell. They think they’re fine.
