Everything I know about New Orleans I’ve learned from watching Episodes of “Cops.”
So in my mind the place is filled to overflowing with rioting drunken college frat boys tossing beads at equally drunk women in exchange for a brief flash of boobage. Also someone has set a car on fire.
(Edit) Just talked about this with a friend who used to live there. He says that’s fairly accurate except that I forgot the constant peeing in the streets.
Classy…. very classy.
